Join River Market Co-op and Maggie Wescott, chef/recipe creator/writer at for a virtual cooking class featuring kale. Kale is one of the healthiest vegetables around and one way to be sure to enjoy outstanding nutrition and flavor from kale is to cook it properly. You'll want to include kale as one of the cruciferous vegetables you eat on a regular basis if you want to receive the fantastic health benefits provided by the cruciferous vegetable family. Chef Maggie will show how to make Kale Chips, Kale Salad and Kale & Sweet Potato Curry.​

This class will be offered online via Zoom app so you won't have to leave your house. You can register for any of the online classes on River Market website:
