Celebrate the intersection between art and natural resources with Connecting at the Confluence, an artist exhibition featuring the photographic works of Sarah Lilja during her residency with the South Washington Watershed District (SWWD). In a first-of-its-kind celebration of the South Washington watershed, immerse yourself in a diverse range of works that challenge traditional ways of thinking about water resources, and invite you to see our shared natural resources through a new lens. All are invited to attend the opening of Connecting at the Confluence during the public reception from 4-6 p.m. on November 7. The exhibition will remain open to the public until December 5, during building open hours.
The Artist-in-Residence program is a fully funded artist residency that invites artists into the world of science and natural resources management within the South Washington watershed, managed by the South Washington Watershed District.
RSVP is not required, but highly appreciated!
