SUMMARY:Community Forest Walk: Ground\, Reflect\, Reconnect
DESCRIPTION:Take a walk with forest guide David M. Motzenbecker\, the founder of Motz Studios Forest Bathing Experiences \nWalk information: \nIn a world that feels increasingly loud and unstable\, we invite you to step into the quiet for a slow and intentional walk through the peaceful beauty of our 40-acre woods. \nOpen to all ages and backgrounds\, this event is designed to help you ground your nervous system\, find calm and rediscover your sense of place in nature—especially in times that feel uncertain or overwhelming. \nInspired by the practice of Forest Bathing\, we’ll take time to notice\, listen and be fully present. There will be guided moments and shared silence\, space for reflection and the simple power of community moving through the trees together. \nCome as you are. Leave a little more rooted. \nGood to note: \n\nWe have a porta potty on site.\nThis activity is not suitable for those who cannot walk or stand on unstable ground for long periods.\nIf the weather is unfavorable for a walk\, a refund will be given.
