This race starts at The Boatworks Commons, (4459 Lake Ave S) on beautiful White Bear Lake. The course is flat and fast, 5K runs north along the lake to West Park and then back. The 10K goes south to Cottage Park then North along the lake to Ramsey County Park into the White Bear Lake neighborhood before returning back to Lake Ave, and the Finish at The Boatworks Commons. The registration includes an event T-Shirt.

For the past five years, St. Paul has hosted the Red Bull Crashed Ice event right outside the beautiful Cathedral of St. Paul. As the third event in the tour, Crashed Ice comes back to Minnesota, and is projected to draw crowds of up to 100,000. Minnesota native Cameron Naasz will be back to defend his title in this fierce competition.

Work up an appetite before your Thanksgiving feast at the Turkey Day 5K in downtown Minneapolis. This fun family event is for everyone, whether you’re sprinting, running, walking or strolling with your kids. Participants receive a long-sleeve running T-shirt, food and hot beverages before the race. Parking is available at various downtown locations and all street parking meters are free for the holiday.
Gear up for that big Thanksgiving dinner with a 6K or 10K walk or run. All participants receive a long-sleeved T-shirt and a Turkey Trot St. Paul finisher’s medallion. Como Park Yoga offers a stress-releasing yoga class every Monday this month. Bring a mat, water and your ID and enjoy a one-hour yoga class taught by a certified yoga instructor, followed by a pint of your choice (or soda for attendees under 21). Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 12 and older.
