Felt Collage Class for Kids (Grades K-5)

Join us at the Stillwater Public Library on Wednesday, June 13 from 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. for Felt Collage Class for Kids (Grades K-5). Explore line, shape and color while making a bright felt collage based on the paintings of 20th century Austrian artist, Friedensreich Hundertwasser. We will explore the textures of different textiles and how to manipulate those materials when making a collage. PAWS to Read with Bella

Join us at the Stillwater Public Library on Monday, May 14 between 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM for PAWS to Read with Bella. Did you know the library is one place your child can build confidence reading to a furry friend? Bella, the Golden Retriever, is a Certified Therapy dog who visits certain Mondays and she loves when kids read to her. This program is geared toward kids ages 7-12.

Storytime for Babies

Join us at the Stillwater Public Library on Tuesdays from 10:15 - 11:00 am for Storytime for Babies. Stories, songs, bounces and playtime make this storytime perfect for children newborn to 24 months and their caregiver. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Pajama Storytime

Join us at the Stillwater Public Library on Thursdays in March and April from 6:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. for Pajama Storytime. Wear your pjs and bring a stuffed animal or blanket. April 26 we will have a Family Fort Night!

A Kid’s Guide to Writing Short Stories (Grades 4-7)

Join us at the Stillwater Public Library on Saturday, February 24 from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM for A Kid’s Guide to Writing Short Stories. Are you the kind of person who can tell stories that keep your friends on the edge of their sleeping bags? Then join us and explore different ways to come up with story ideas, and then shape them into engaging, fun stories - complete with characters, plot, and setting - that you can share with all your friends!
